Thinking back a little while now to a bloke I used to work with who had a PhD, I think I'm nuclear physics, who talked to me about an industry and startup term along the lines of 'Inventor Paralysis' or something to that effect.

He said quite often the brilliant person who discovers and helps develop and prove great industrial techniques or technologies, can really choke the company by staying on too long or by being too involved in business decision making for too long. Basically it's a bit of a well known thing and even the best of the best fall victim to it. He had analysed companies in some study he did around it.

Could it be the case that everyone, including MC were aware of how this can present and even he knew that he may be too technical and close to the baby which could slow down commerciality of Archer? Potentially..
