All good over here, hope for you as well. i know just wanted to share my thoughts on the patent expiry. Pretty sure there is already an Agreement in place that Merck is in some kind of favour if there will be any sort of deal for us. Just wouldn't make sense that they provide Keytruda units for Phase III without any further benefit out of this collab. Pretty sure the issue of Keytruda losing its patent is already on the table especially as there are most likely tons of people working on such an important brand at Merck.

There was an interesting article in Reuters end of 2022 where they mentioned that Merck is trying to expand the patent due to innovation in usage and so on "Merck said it may seek patents for innovations in how the drug is used, its formulation, the size and schedule of doses and combinations with other drugs.".

Actually don't know where they are at in this development process but for sure they are checking eveything they can to avoid losing their cash cow. Anyhow, i would actually prefer that we bring Efti to market on our own without being acquired before or anything else as this would mean market cap would be huge. Though this will take some more time and some more depressing SP actions. Still.... great Data, great Pipeline, bright future. More than excited to see where we are going.
