I think if you follow both threads there is more anti CHM posters on CHM who try and say oh we are just posting to protect other investors while not pointing out that they are MMX holders. There are not that many CHM posters reciprocating on MMX.
You guys do a good enough job yourselves with your dillusional postings about strapping yourselves in, $3 here we come and other ramping posts. MMX still has this issue and then the 7 billion funding issue to deal with.
In what the judge recognised CHM was raided for 24% of the cash to acquire the assets. The others 3 claims were recognised but the judge said they could be directly linked. So more CHM cash was grabbed.
The courts recognised that MMX was a party to fraud or theft or misappropriation and yet you want to throw mud at CHM ????
The bottom line is that without CHM there would be no MMX as you know it. It would still be trying to flog its web kiosks.
A lot of value has been created by the misuse of CHM cash in MMX. MMX have had ample opportunity to deal with this matter and its not going away.
