The month on month has been great, but the growth rates itself continues to grow higher. In the US, 80% growth, as reported last week, is the highest growth rate they've recorded. This is despite there being a higher base, which indicates to me that sales are still accelerating quite fast. With the additional marketing resources and now the very bullish reimbursement news, I'd say we could very well be on track to seeing triple digit growth rates either this half or next in the USA.
