FBR General Discussion, page-6321

I’m thinking , there’s a lot of muscle and pull behind this process to get the ball rolling asap , first of all FBR announced they are changing their tact and going to Florida ASAP , once HX arrived to port it was put through customs asap , these guys are professional and would imo have everything down to a time schedule , CRH want this ASAP , FBR now need this ASAP , cash is running out real fast , I’m thinking SAT will be announced any day now, CRH &FBR will ask engineering to finalise asap , that is pretty doable it’s who you know and not what you know , the Slabs would have already been poured by the participating builders, I think we will find this whole process to finalise in 2 or 3 weeks , if these homes are 150 m2 or less ( can anyone confirm the sizes?) I would say if 10 were to be built thats 10 days , if , these builds are less than 100m2 then it should take 5 days that on assumption that all 10 are built . These guys are very professional and would be working to a time schedule , this imo shouldn’t take long at all . Seriously if slabs and everything relevant to those builds aren’t already ready to go I’d be disappointed as I know how these boys work , I know all our display homes in Perth are on a strict scheduled and everyone is pushed to a to that timeline with the best trades working on them , it’s just the way it is , CRH &FBR JV should run smooth and to a time schedule , they need to impress the American public .
