the minister has approved CC&S but I think it has to go back to NOPTA to be ratified and this hasn’t happened yet- surely it will - but work can’t be advanced until it has. Remember this journey started in November 2022 and still some way to go before this project starts earning revenue. IMHO this is what is keeping the SP down both for PGY and TEG DYOR
