Once you learn the 'typical' penny stock flow of funds and the capital raise cycle you have the opportunity to form a pretty solid personal investment strategy of buying the low points, or somewhere near, with a chance to sell higher later
it can be a long and expensive road learning this, but once you do, you can understand what's going on with the price and potentially use it to your advantage
