At the risk of offending Harry , which is not my intention , I have to say that these charts only serve to heighten the hopes of not so savvy investors . There are so many possibilities for the share prices of these companies . Show me a company that gets that sort of market value on a discovery without a substantial amount of time passing in order to validate the reserves . There is none . Show me a company which during that time doesn't take on other projects causing dilution . What about the capex/opex . Production is years away if they strike gas . Sorry Harry but those figures are complete fancy at this stage .
The billion dollars being bandied about is more likely to be what the gas would be worth as a takeoff over years . When Advent list the dilution will likely be HALF . This is when BUY will have it's day over the others .
There is a lot of learners reading these threads , I am one , Harry another and I get annoyed when I see them expecting pie in the sky share prices when the gas is found . The market at large determines fair value and I just hope the learners and newbies keep reading and keep researching in order to get a true handle on the potential of PEP11 . Don't get me wrong people , I am as excited as the next person .
