Wondering if those who needed to accumulate would use this opportunity. Not sure if all the index funds could grab enough of a slice. I'm not sure about the Friday closing auction now. If they were able to participate in this CR and at only 2.8% discount meant a lot of demand.
Got to wait for Friday auction now to confirm but could be less of a pump. Not sure now.
