If they were worth more than $500 + they should still be available to her. Considering and assuming there's no money in her settlement account, you can only expect them to show up sooner than later.
I reckon she should reach out to cmc directly.
If they were worth < $500 and she didn't opt in to keep them then unfortunately they've been automatically bought back.
