Mining right is FULLY Approved, once funding is in place, there's no, per SA mining law to hold WWI from mining. WWI has everything per regulation is concerned in place.As already explained by the legal team, the appeal does not put the Mining right on hold. In fact the appeals just a Recycled previously dismissed appeal.Also explained by the legal team that, all EA an Mr grants are appealed, so it's a standard practice by this group.
