You can disagree all you like, but the facts speak. Yes there had been a spike in the SP before Oct 5, volumes spiked too, and a speeding ticket was issued ... "no idea" was the reply. But that was one month BEFORE the halt/suspension. From then on until the halt the volumes declined steadily to almost nil, and the SP stayed in a flat range VWAP around 4 cents.

There was absolutely no hint of any leaking of the negotiations warranting a TH ... When there is a leak, it is often sharp and sudden as insiders hit the stock, necessitating the company to halt trade, often at the request of the Exchange - in fact if they had of kept on trading (which they should have done) we would all be none the wiser & the SP would probably be the same.

As I said, very premature for the company to unnecessarily go into a halt so early in the piece ... they will get a wrap over the knuckles for this from the ASX, as well as incur shareholder anger ... I know I certainly am!

Hopefully the announcement is a good one & compensates!!
