I am by no means an expert but my understanding is that once the gazettal process is completed - all outstanding matters sitting in limbo will be effectively ‘functioning’
Happy to be corrected by those on here with a much better understanding of the process than me, but I do believe that all these items once passed will clear the path for a smoother transition for the PPSA.
Please elaborate more anyone with a little better understanding than me!
