Did you know that the company offered the options for sale at 0.01 and it was not fully subscribed? 30M+ was offered to existing shareholders, 11M+ was taken up and the shortfall of 19M+ was left with GBA capital to finalise.
I don't understand why the option CR failed as I thought it was good opportunity to make money. At current price, it's easy money for GBA to cash out. Problem is, GBA will flood the markets with 19M options that needs to be absorbed first before any meaning appreciation in Options price can be seen.
