Was 1250 published anywhere or have you inferred it? Note that 5000 as well as 25% are approximate numbers so if you are deriving initiated patient numbers from those then it could easily be in the range 1200-1300. Next step change would likely be approx 30% corresponding to say 1450-1550.
Additionally the numbers quoted in ASCEND meeting may well have been taken from the following 3 May numbers (ie only around one month into Q2) since any updates may have required an ASX announcement from Neuren under continuous disclosure rules:
While it is of course possible that initiating patient numbers have slowed, my point is that we currently don’t have sufficient information to draw any conclusions.
