What I really like about this strategy is the fact they are building something no one else has. I too pretended to be a franchise owner and Googled accounts payable software and to my surprise the only result I got was Spenda. Same with accounts receivable and payments. Nothing else in the market which is a great sign. I then Googled BNPL and payments processing. Guess what only Limepay came up. Only slightly worried when I read two of the Limepay founders abruptly left recently but I guess founders often bail out on successful companies for zero all the time. They just seemed happy to walk away with nothing.
