You don't know what you don't know - so maybe you should do your own homework.
The ATM is there for use when it is suits PAM ... they aint looking to raise $10M in 1 chunk ... you know one good benefit of an ATM - its that "investors" can't short the stock ahead of a stock offering because the timing isn't known in advance.
Of course PAM will need more cash in future (didn't PAT just do an equity raise) ... but you also don't know how that will be done either. All non-cash flow generating companies need to raise their cash from somewhere other than operations.
