Where did the “American buyer” claim originate? I only see “around the world” in Paul’s statement. Could be 1832 (Canadian) increasing their holdings? Given that there seem to have been multiple participants, “new”, “existing”, “around the world”, It’s unlikely any new participants will trigger the substantial holding threshold (>3m shares), but we may see some in the Top 20 holdings (annual report, released mid-September last year) or in a 13F if there are mutual funds (October-mid November reporting).
