Everything is aligned for a break out, however until the SPP is finalised (referencing to MT as it is progressing well) someone wants to put a lid on Share Price. As many comementing "Hayley Announcement" should have pushed to price up but my understanding is Mr Market is always right. At today value if it says it should be 21.5C, in 12 months it will be still right at $2 so keep believing in your investment.
We'll have answer on Monday, how SPP went (oversubscribed by what value). Today volume is extremely low
