Yes Bpay can be made on the Friday 19th!
Though you need to check with your bank on cut off times as they all vary (Macquarie CMA cut off is 4:30 Sydney time Fri 19th)
I've done a heap of SPP's and always Bpay on the last day when Bbpay is an option (it isn't always) - no probs ever.
Page 2 of the offer document - "If you elect to pay by BPay, you will not need to return the Application Form but you will need to make the payment by Friday 19 November 2010"
