Yep I agree. It's very annoying how poorly run this company is. The current share price is very disappointing. Its at the point where management either conduct a strategic review and solicit indicative offers for the company or I'm half tempted to contact previous bidders including SQN Investors and Siris Capital and see if they will bid again, even if it's an off market bid to bypass managements continuous rejections of a Scheme of Arrangement.
