I disagree. Company resources are better spent in other areas. I'm sure they could release announcements about any number of achievements that would only then be dismissed as "fluff" and as a result further detrimental to the share price. They are damned if they do and damned if they don't.
The battery sector has been smashed but demand is increasing and supply chains are becoming more responsible and accountable.
The SC decision is still the catalyst and very few people in this world know the timing of this.
"No news is still good news", as frustrating and painful as it is (myself included).
