Why are you so confident that you are the one who HAS ? and I am the one who HASN'T?
Anyway, if one loses everything in mindless speculation in an over-inflated property market....it's entirely of one's making. And they probably deserve a good lesson (after ignoring all the alarm bells ringing for some time).
On the other hand, I do have some (just a bit - not too much) sympathy for the gullible and naive who took the plunge being egged on by spruikes and like minded types.
This is a property investmemt forum. What you find enjoyable is your business. Allow others have their opinions expressed.
Stop bombarding the forum with repeatedly barrages of Yawns...Boring....Same Old....if we are so wrong, inconsequential and irrelevant.
