What a joke. Paid $9 million just two years ago and sell for a third with a big drain on cash in between. Just be upfront and say acquisition was a mistake and we don't have enough money to keep afloat over the next year given bloated management costs. What is the point of an Exec Chair plus a MD given such a small business. Who on the board is giving oversight? Where is the accountability?
