Well according to LMG, in their prospectus for the capital raise they stated a stage 2 build start date of January 2025. If that is so, then I would expect at least 3 months before that to have the BFS which makes it end of October 2024 at the latest. I expect they need the BFS to finalise the finances and approvals.
Given their past performnace on meeting milestone dates, I would add another 12 months.
