I have received a very high amount of emails requesting information on Firefinch's voting preferences for the Leo Lithium meeting as nearly all have indicated that they want FFX to either abstain or vote against resolutions 4 & 5.
Is there a voting protocol for entities that are substantial holders of another listed entity.
~ is Firefinch Limited excluded from voting under any Corporations Act criteria?
~ does Firefinch intend to vote for any resolutions, specifically resolutions 4 & 5
~ will Firefinch take on board Firefinch shareholders voting preferences on resolutions 4 & 5, when casting votes?

Could you please advise when the sale / transfer of all the shares held in Morila Limited is finally completed, will the cash bonus (bullet point (a)) Appendix 1 still be payable to Scott Lowe?

~ the Board hasn't determined their position on LLL voting at this stage.
+ still time to drop the Company an email to advise of your preferences to how they vote.

~ confirmed, Scott Lowe is entitled to the First Completion Cash Bonus of $130,000 less deductions and taxation on sale of Morila SA.
