Calling people names hardly advances your cause. I think most people support the move to renewables as the primary energy source but many including myself are concerned about base load and not have enough diverse sources to firm up the supply. Nuclear is definitely an option and using the uncosted line is really diverting away from addressing why it isn’t an option. Most first world countries have it in the mix and because of a quirk of Australian politics it has been dismissed. The CSIRO report was unsatisfactory in its assessment from what I have read thus far from real nuclear experts and Labor just throwing up furphy arguments doesn’t help the public make a decision really.
