    could be an excuse to hide the real reason, which is to test consistency in product quality and ensuring export process will not be problematic both ways. The fact is AGY is a producer/seller and things are moving without the fanfare. And the surprise of the news to HC pundits just shows how most comments on the HC AGY threads have no basis and the pigment of the imagination of the "know it all" brigade. AIMO
