Hopefully they haven't provided any further debt to Carlisle since Dec 23 and the sale proceeds are a uplift to the current NTA.
I would assume it will be even less fees to the new GQG SPV for managing their investments, with only the fee paid on the boutiques NAV.
Hopefully GQG come in and mop up this company post the buyback as the scale/ management will be too small.
