Firstly Good luck to all holders here but P.B is the most useless Director in the world.
The amount of inept, selfish decisions and lies he told for almost a decade would have him locked up in many countries.
Then to save arse (his own $650k a year salary which he no doubt decided) he used the companies money.
Why did he not use his his own funds?
If I ever see him he will be trying to move away from me very fast.
Total crook with a poor work ethic, only there for himself.
I would do a better job than that loser.
Vote him out ASAP
