On the plus side i think with the rising gold price and the discount per oz Quantum will receive they may be super desperate to get their hands on the real gold that they can sell. Maybe that will help speed up the commissioning of this new equipment in order to get some income. If Quantum are struggling then surely the sooner they have gold from this mine the better, assuming they can find a way to pay the full discounted price to receive it.
