My process is about the same as yours, but I add in past behaviour of the parties involved, which pushes the probability of the Black rock linked fund acting with malice to around 70%. Mike Adams is correct around 90% of the time (my best guess after following his site for around 10 years), I find that patterns of past behaviour often repeat so that's another hint to who might have done what. So, I believe that there is a %70. chance of B/rock knowing that there might be an attempt on the presidents life. So I'm theorising about the probable conspirators here, which makes me a conspiracy theorist, I'm sure that the truthful answer will come out in a decade or 2.
