I don’t necessarily think a capper finally arriving at 11c is that bad a thing. There are certain tells in TA and one can be a capper above if it coincided with the beginning of a subtle accumulation phase. Can in turn lead to a price break out once they are done. This is not evident yet as this overhead price cap has appeared intially today … time will tell. Further, the TA has nothing to do whatsoever with any previously discussed company fundamental matters.
