I think you'd find BNP Paribas is acting as a custodian for APV's shares in Hazer, a sort of holding account. There are lots of NOMS or NOMINEE references in the T20 next to bank names, also UBS and HSBC. Many of these shares are likely held overseas, often for retail clients of mainstream brokers, e.g. Saxo or ING.
