I did know that which is why I did not attribute hacking as the cause.
But it raises awareness of what can happen when systems fail.
Perhaps this time round no blame will be apportioned but everyone of significance will be saying we were lucky this time but if it had been our fault because of a failure of our cyber security it would have cost us a fortune.
The passengers on the 12 Jetstar flights canceled and told by Jetstar they will not be accommodating them overnight will still be angry banging on counters and ramming home their anger.
