The company was asked these questions in Webinar but declined to answer because said potential legal action toward note provider/ pertaining to default terms etc
I am no expert. Just a curious lamb who asks questions and remains frustrated in the derailment. And does not understand who has authority over what access to issuance of scrip. Or who monitors it.
others more learned may offer an opinion.
