agree with the fraccing techniques letting the flows down which others may be able to do better, however i disagree that this is a do or die deal for AZZ. They could do some CR'ing. If the initial offer was no good then AZZ would have just dismissed it and not employed a deal broker. I do agree PetroHawk would be interested in AZZ.
