This announcement really surprised me on the upside. I thought we’d see a bit of a depleted cash balance and a warning on early trading in FY25 looking even worse so it’s encouraging to hear management sounding up beat. Also nice to hear that it’s not just me thinking that The Allen’s collaboration will work! I sincerely hope by the time the actual result gets announced we get more than just a few sentences on why a buyback isn’t possible. Also I reckon we will see a maintained dividend whereas prior to reading this I wasn’t actually confident one would be paid at all.
