20t is what you buy when you want to test the product for consistency and how well it serves your particular process. It's not going into the production line but will go to show whether it can. I can't guess at how this sits with ATL's active engagement but a Korean company that values discretion sounds like a big boy operation. I still have the hunch that LG Chem is very close in negotiations but Samsung would be another fair assumption.
