Thanks for the polite post cashman. If you managed to buy ABI at 12c, my advice is to take profits quickly as there is no possibility of genuinely positive newsflow (as distinct from minor market updates) at least in until June or July, so the SP is almost certain to continue its downwards trend before then.

Fake buy orders will slow ABI's SP decline, but they can't halt it. Sooner or later the market will come to recognise three facts that will cause the SP to fall well below 10c:
Fact 1: SensiDx is dead in the water (despite the company's claim that is merely on ice).
Fact 2: If the silicon tests due in June/July are not successful, or if they are somewhat ambiguous, it will be impossible for ABI to attract further funding, and the Aust listed company will cease as a going concern (BEL will continue through funding from Dow and Genencor).
Fact 3: If the silicon biosensor results are clearly positive, ABI will try to go back to the market for more capital, but (1) given ABI's horrible track record, and (2) given the long timeline before *potential* revenue generation (3-4 years), management will have to price the next capital raising at a massive discount to the market price. This is another reason why interested parties will try to hold up the SP with fake buy orders over the next 6 months.

Should punters choose to buy after the next capital raising (which will need to be for at least $15 mill), there is a good chance they will be able to enter at around 7c.

NB, when I speak of 'large shareholders' exiting the stock, obviously I don't mean substantial shareholders (hence no ASX releases). Whether or not the subtantial holders want to remain or exit, they are forced to remain on the registary because there is not sufficient volume for them to exit on market, and there are no off-market buyers.
