think it was clearly said with update that we wont'be paying for the cost of production, a farmin or JV, or likely cash imput via the oil traders... they will have nothing to lose ...put up the money and get profit. just like a loan with a great interest rate, but on a high value commodity, 10% on $1mil isn't that great for a large business but 10% or any interest on $100smillion so much better
