well, well, @Bowdens does love the role of provocateur. It appears that the Lue Action Group/Bingman Landcare may have found a rich benefactor (or two) to fund their cause. Could it be a reclusive multi-millionaire with a passion for breeding black angus cattle and substantial pastoral holdings in the area?

Is @Bowdens hinting they are cashed up and ready for a High Court challenge if tomorrow’s hearing in the NSW Court of Appeal doesn’t go their way? Remember, their strategy is not really about winning these court cases, although that would be nice. It’s about delay, delay and delay…. You will need far better grounds than the route of a transmission line to be granted appeal rights to the HC. Keep searching for those koalas.
