It was a crappy loan shark deal for $150M and the company's MC was $360M
So you can't blame CS for raising capital after Zip's MC got up to $1.8B. I would be pissed if they let it go back down and then raise under $1. I still hoped they would have waited until $2+ and after FY results next month.
We now raised $267M when the entire market cap at the time of the deal was $360M. Imagine telling us at the time we needed to raise $267M at a market cap of $360Mlol
