So far seems that bisantrene smokes losarten in both facets…
losarten displayed 50% greater efficacy, 30% improvement on left ventricular ejection fractions (noted as a surrogate for cardiotoxicity - I don’t know how this translates to actual cell death for apples to apples comparison)
Bisantrene displayed the following increase in efficacy improvement and three-fold cardio toxicity improvement
