That is correct I don't run once I missed the train!
i just don't understand how and when RBA here in Australia will be able to reduce interest rates because property prices all time high and it never tracked back like I'm NZ or US ..!
wage growth isn't anywhere near the growth of property prices! So any reduction in interest rate will only fuel the market!
