the AGM is 11am at River Room 3, Crown Towers I believe... same place as the last years I think... (does anyone remember the sparsely attended AGM's at Menzies? Those were the days when we were only concerned about CBM in Gippsland and whether we'd need to exercise our KARO's in the future...)

AGM notice was lodged with the ASX on 18th October 2010... all KAR shareholders would have received the notice in the mail by now...
with regards to the current round of nail-biting about the pending announcement... I feel that, like every other round of nail-biting that has occurred, whatever the news, it can only be short-term negative in the long term journey...
further, all the hand-wringing about the pricing of the KAR-SA IPO seems to be forgetting that KAR got the five Santos leases for ZERO DOLLARS (bar the bond and work commitment obviously) so whatever meagre value the KAR team manage to raise in the sale of the 30% stake is all cream on a very delicious cake!!!
