You're terrified of how valid the data from the 80s and 90s is for Bisantrene. Thalidomide was undoubtedly one of the most horrific drugs that was ever sold in the 50s, but it still made billions of dollars and started the Immunomodulatory anti-cancer market 40-years later. Thalidomides success as a first-in-class immunomodulatory drug was in part due to its clinical history, despite the atrocities.
