possible negotiating tactic - TLS accept less than $11b for the copper network or we will dump your shares and use the proceeds to set up a rival broadband network to compete with you. or maybe not.
this all seems to be wheels within wheels to me. all i have seen so far is it works a heap better to move with the trend rather than hoping to get extremely lucky and pick the bends.
seems that the div yield is no protection from getting mowed down with SP falls. which suggests something is greatly artificial about most of this
