I'll add that I would find it very hard to believe that the settlement between the parties didn't include in detail a clause for everything left that could derail the project.
why would you ask for the electricity arrangement to be approved and not the transport route and export license?
but I guess you can't put anything past our superstar team, always one step ahead of the Malians
god forbid ganfeng have to build a road, I see there is a clause at the bottom of the agm saying they can lower the purchase price by 30% if something unknown arises.
probably the reason we are being kept in the dark so the board can turn around in a months time and say jeez guys you wouldn't believe what those Malians are doing now!!
