Having stayed at a LIC community as a visitor (Chelsea Heights) I am blown away by the facilities at the residents finger tips. Sure they are paying for it but essentially you are living in a resort. I have no experience of a Stockland facility other than Google Maps street view but I "think" I am correct in saying they are poles apart.
If you consider just the housing I am sure they are similar but facility wise not so sure. Very hard to compare without taking everything on offer into account.
